I'm not 100% sure but I think the RealTek Definition Audio replaced the Intel High Definition DSP entry. I no longer see Intel High Definition DSP, instead I have RealTek High Definition Audio (SST). I no longer have any devices that are not recognized. Once the PC had rebooted I checked the Device Manager. After reboot the installer continued and installed the driver. The Realtek installer first uninstalled the existing driver and required a reboot. I downloaded the file "Realtek High Definition Audio Driver for Intel® NUC Kits, Version: 6., Date: " and unzipped the file to a directory and ran the setup file.
